Every Everest gold creation begins with a vision. Whether it’s a sleek 10K piece, a versatile 14K design, or a timeless 18K treasure, our designers sketch with purpose—balancing strength, beauty, and wearability.
Using CAD software, each concept is transformed into a 3D model. Precision is key—especially for gold alloys, where proportions must be exact to achieve the right balance of color, durability, and brilliance.
The digital model comes to life as a resin prototype, then cast into a gold master model. This ensures accuracy in every curve and detail, forming the standard for all replications.
From the gold master, rubber moulds are crafted. These moulds safeguard the design, allowing for consistent reproduction across all gold karats while preserving fine details.
Wax replicas are created from the mould and carefully assembled into a wax tree. For higher karat gold, treeing requires special balance to manage the softness and weight of the alloy during casting.
The wax trees are replaced with molten gold—10K, 14K, or 18K depending on the design. Each karat offers unique characteristics:
10K → durable, perfect for everyday jewellery.
14K → balanced elegance with practical wear.
18K → rich gold tone, luxurious and prestigious.
Once cooled, the castings are cut and ground. Sprues are removed, revealing the first raw shine of gold that hints at its final brilliance.
Artisans refine the pieces through careful filing and assembly. Multiple components are seamlessly soldered, then pre-polished to prepare for stone setting. This step ensures smooth surfaces while preserving the integrity of the gold.
Diamonds, precious, or semi-precious stones are set with precision. The karat of gold determines the setting technique—18K offers luxurious softness for secure gem placement, while 10K and 14K provide additional strength for durability.
Polishing is where gold’s beauty shines brightest. Multi-stage polishing—from tumbling to hand buffing—reveals the unique character of each karat: subtle brightness in 10K, radiant glow in 14K, and rich luster in 18K.
To enhance brightness or create white gold designs, rhodium plating is applied. This ensures extra resistance to scratches and tarnish, while giving a sleek, modern finish.
Every piece undergoes Everest Jewellery’s rigorous inspection—evaluating shine, strength, and craftsmanship. Only those that meet our highest standards are released, whether 10K, 14K, or 18K.
